This study aims to identify the motives and teachers' expectations of school’s mobility scheme for sports organizations and examine the relationship between demographic characteristics, professional nature of the project and organizational aspects with the expectations of teachers. A total of 102 teachers participated in the study, surveyed through a questionnaire about their motivations and expectations. Out of three teachers, two hold positions in sports organizations for at least three years, namely sport training (41.8%), sport technical direction (33.7%) and sports management (24.4%). The main reasons of teachers reported for mobility were: the possibility of developing roles according to their skills; the commitment for sport competition and management and project leadership. The report "unfulfilled expectations" was associated with organizational factors, namely conflicts within organization, reluctance to accept new ideas from the organization board, do not see the work recognized by the organizational structure, and changes made in the project, without apparent reasons for that.
