In a discipline like Psychology of Sport, which goes on advancing theoretically in a continuous manner, there exists an area which perhaps l has not aimed yet to develop on the same level as the rest of topics and constructs usually found. We are referring to the human resources and marketing in the subject of physical and sport activities. Within this conceptual framework, we propose a Model of Development which in a tentative way, allows to guide in an improved manner de design and development of the Strategic Plan. For this purpose, we held the theoretical founding, on the one hand on some investigations that, in this field, are initiating a line of reasonable knowledge, and on the other hand on the technical components developed when we have carried out specific strategic plans with different sport entities (public and private).
