The objective of the present study was design, apply and assess the effect of a ludic component inside a program of physical exercise to older persons over self-esteem, selfefficacy and satisfaction with life in older adults with age between 60 to 80 years old. The design was quasi-experimental. The final sample (n = 50) was assigned to two groups. The intervention group (n = 27) received the physical exercise program with a supplement of ludic activities in each session of the program, and the control group (n = 23) received the regular physical exer- cise program. The results, analyzed with MLG: ANOVA repeated measures, indicated a beneficial effect to the intervention group (with ludic component) over self-esteem and satisfaction with life. In other hand, general self-efficacy was significant improved in both intervention and control groups.
