Introduction

Sports sciences have been characterized by diversity and development based on scientific theories and their foundations in the science of sports training related to other sciences for all sports events, especially the first popular game in the world, which is loved and followed by many, which prompted researchers and experts to find new ways and ways to develop physical, skill, and tactical qualities, in addition to psychological Also, and among these important ways and ways is to analyze matches to improve the level of performance and achieve good results in matches and local and international tournaments. The coaches have sought to use several forms of analysis to raise the level of general performance and specific tactical aspects and methods of playing both offensive and defensive and the offensive style that depends on it by making maneuvers in matches diagnosing its shape and type, introducing a lot of offensive analyzes for the team and the opposing team, evaluating and evaluating the offensive performance and the causes of weakness and success to improve the performance level of the players in particular and the team in general, When the team possesses the ball, the first thing it thinks about is to move in a direct attacking style aimed at scoring goals, which is the final outcome of the team's offensive effectiveness, and this can only be achieved through the team's offensive inclination.

Among the previous studies that dealt with such a study is a study (Ali Abdul- Amir, 2017) which aimed to identify the offensive aspect of the Iraqi national team for the 2015 and 2017 Arab Gulf Championships. The researcher concluded the apparent weakness in diversifying the offensive situations of the Iraqi team during the two tournaments. and (Jafar, 2001) The study aimed to compare the strengths and weaknesses of the Iraqi team and the relationship with other teams. The researcher concluded the apparent weakness of the Iraqi team compared to the other teams. In addition, a study (Najib, 2011) the study aimed to know the skill and physical level through the analysis of the Iraqi national team players. The researcher concluded the apparent weakness of the Iraqi team in terms of skill and physical level. Moreover, the study of (Fares and Kazem, 2014) the study aimed to know and analyze the offensive tactics of the Real Madrid and Barcelona matches in the nations of Europe. The researchers concluded that the offensive tactic was in favor of the Barcelona team due to the frequent use of successful tactical skills in the matches. From the above, the importance of research by analyzing the matches in terms of offensiveness and effectiveness of performance to achieve positive results for the Iraqi team emerges.

Research Problem

The problem of the research lies in neglecting the offensive aspect and analyzing it in the matches, which will lose a lot of influence on the team’s positive results and the apparent weakness in the offensive part. It was noted that most of the coaches of the national teams did not pay attention to the analytical aspect of the matches, did not reveal the negatives and weaknesses in the offensive part, and did not analyze it and put the strategy in the individual, team and team attack, so my opinion The two researchers study this problem and develop solutions to it through the offensive technical analysis of the Iraqi national team for the two championships.

Research Objective

• To identify the level of the offensive side and learn how to analyze, detect and reach strengths and weaknesses.

Research Methodology and Field Procedures

Research methodology: The researchers used the descriptive approach to fit the research problem

Community and sample research: The research sample included the matches of the Iraqi national football team participating in the two tournaments, and it was 9 matches, and only 7 matches were analyzed.

Equipment and tools: The necessary equipment and tools were used and the analysis form was used, which includes calculating the attack when it crosses the middle of the field, and one match was shown on the computer screen, the numbers of analysis forms and how to register to calculate the successful and failed repetitions of the attack. The analysis process took (15) days and the analysis was repeated for each match twice to reach accuracy the results. The researchers used the devices and tools (DVCAM tape) for the national team championship matches, which numbered (7), and a DELL laptop device. The researchers used statistically the percentage of the parts of the first half and the second half separately and then both, then the researchers conducted the exploratory experiment By giving a clear and accurate picture of the vocabulary of the form that was conducted on Wednesday 9/4/2019 through the analysis of the Iraqi team match within the Gulf Championship by researchers in order to ensure the validity of the equipment used in the analysis, to ensure the understanding of the work team and their sufficiency in conducting the analysis process and recording the results, The time used. Identifying the obstacles that may appear, emphasizing the clarity, validity and ease of implementation of the analysis forms.

Statistical methods: The search data was processed through the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS).

Presentation, analysis and discussion of results:

It becomes clear to us after reviewing the Iraqi team’s participation in the 2015 Arabian Gulf Championships and the 2018 Asian Nations, and according to the tables for the results of the analysis of the offensive side, it was vacillating and not good from all directions of the field with a very slight improvement from the middle and this is what is mentioned (Kunza Al-Farid 1980) that diversifying the way in which the attack is built from the midfield has an influential and important role, and with regard to the success of the successful attempts from the right and left sides, they were very weak due to the change of substitute players who are not physically ready, which technically affects the players’ bid, the weak use of tactical skills and their activities, and the presence of motivated young players They have good capabilities, but we did not benefit from them in most of the matches due to their lack of experience and the lack of training camps for their acquisition of these various offensive skills. The long, useless analysis for most of the match, as well as the unrealistic and incorrect analysis of that, despite some technical touches by transferring balls in the defence and center area to build attacks, but it does not affect the offensive aspects if there is no correlation with the end of the attack, which is the result of the recording because the lack of effectiveness for the attackers forward in addition to The lack of financiers with balls and playmakers, and this the team lacked, and the lack of a leader, And the weak implementation of skills on the field led to the failure to reach the goals of teams and not score goals, that most of the teams played with pressure at a high level because the team possessed high-level offensive skills, but this did not appear in the matches for several reasons,including poor behavior of the ball in the offensive areas and poor scoring accurately. (Qasim Lazam 2010) that the skill of scoring is not only governed by technical control, but that there is more than one factor that contributes to the completeness of the player’s ability to score correctly, such as the physical and psychological condition as well, and the lack of harmony and understanding between the team lines led to the wasting of many opportunities and the loss of scoring and registration (Abdul Qader Zainal 2015) mentioned that there are some important opportunities for scoring from technical cases, which contribute to increasing the chances of scoring and the goals that should be trained on. (Thamer Mohsen and Wathiq Naji 1984) stresses that the coach has to train a lot on offensive situations, especially in tournaments that include teams of close level, and it became clear through the analysis of the clear weakness in motor speed and the lack of use of tactical skills and confirms (Naji Kazem 2010) The collective offensive tactical performance such as spreading, creating a void, the double bus as well as all kinds of support, penetration etc. Without these important skills, offensive moves cannot be good away from the kinetic speed of performance, which gives speed of thinking and overcoming the opponent with or without a ball. And (Coleman 1975) mentions Tactical performance is linked with speed and accuracy exercises, which in turn contributed to the development of this tactical performance, which is one of the basic necessities for the football player to be able to keep the ball and penetrate the ranks of the opponent as well as to create appropriate opportunities for him and his teammates (Tables 1-5).

• The analysis of the matches from the offensive side led to revealing the level of the Iraqi team and the competing teams and knowing the strengths and weaknesses.

• The lack of ways to diversify the offensive side of the Iraqi team during the two tournaments.

• The repetition of the cases of analysis of the matches will increase the experience of the players and coaches in the offensive aspects

• There was a contrast in the offensive aspect from both sides of the field and the middle during the two tournaments.

Recommendations

• The necessity of forming an academic and technical committee with specialists in the Iraqi Central Football Association to analyze, follow-up and provide information according to scientific foundations.

• Emphasis on analyzing the offensive aspects in addition to the defensive aspects.
