RELIABILITY OF THE OBSERVATION OF FUTSAL USING TEAM SPORT ASSESSMENT PROCEDURE

RESUMO

Fernando Manuel Otero-Saborido y Jesºs Silva

The purpose of this research is to obtain reliability parameters from the application of validated tool Team Sport Assessment Procedure (TSAP). 32 players (age 27.56 ± 4.03) in an official competition of football observers were used in this study. After three training sessions in the TSAP observers, subjects viewed and coded six game sequences edited. Using the intraclass correlation coefficient, the results indicated high levels of reliability from two points of view. Accurately relative to the observer skilled in four of the six categories over 80% of subjects correlation coefficients were greater than 0.80. From the point of view of interobserver reliability, all categories showed indexes above 0.80 except BO (offensive ball). The consistency from the perspective of the temporal stability of the results obtained a coefficient of 0.595. As input to the line of research initiated by different authors highlight the application to a sports context in adults. The TSAP has proven to be an instrument with a high degree of concordance with experts and reliability with observers, being moderate temporal reliability obtained through test- retest procedure.
