The sample consisted of 349 practitioners from 18 to 84 years (M = 47.50, SD = 15.66) engaged in an aquatic program done in a Spanish city. In fact, they were administered the EPG, BPNS, BREQ-3 y PWBS scales. After checking the results of the Line Regression Analysis, we can see the psychological well-being was both well and badly affected by different factors. While an obsessive passion was a serious drawback; ardent passion, a competent mediator and self-determined motivation were undoubtedly benefits. In order to improve the participant well-being during a class, thanks with this study, it is suggested that thanks to the aquatic instructor transmission and subsequent internalization of the activity in the practitioners through the relation with the others, improved well-being is obtained by achieve the proposed expectations and aims previously.
