Background: Sacroiliac joint dysfunction (SIJD) is a common condition that is defined by pain in the back that is the result of musculoskeletal impairments. The efficacy of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) as well as Myofascial Release (MR) in the management of this condition has been investigated, with variable results in terms of functional disability, ROM, along with pain intensity. Purpose: The current study was carried out to investigate the efficacy of PNF versus MR for treating of SIJD. Subjects and Methods: Fifty male patients who had SIJD referred by Physician were enrolled in this study, the participants' ages varied between 35 and 45, and they were divided evenly into two groups, A and B, using a random assignment method.
