CORE STABILITY EXERCISES VERSUS BIODEX BALANCE TRAINING ON PATIENTS WITH MECHANICAL LOW BACK PAIN

Objectives: To compare the impact of core stability exercises versus Biodex balance training on postural stability and sway among patients suffering from mechanical low back pain. Methods: The study was conducted in the outpatient clinic of the Faculty of Physical Therapy, Modern University for Technology and Information, between March and June 2023. This randomized, double?blind, pre?post measurement study included forty-eight patients have been participated in this study and divided into three groups, Group A (control group) (n = 18) were given stretching as well as strengthening exercises.
