Menstrual disorders, hormonal imbalances, and mood disturbances are interconnected aspects of women's health that can significantly impact daily life and well-being. Menstrual disorders encompass a range of irregularities in the menstrual cycle, such as irregular periods, heavy bleeding (menorrhagia), painful periods (dysmenorrhea), and absence of menstruation (amenorrhea). These disorders can stem from various factors, including hormonal imbalances, stress, lifestyle factors, and underlying medical conditions.
