Autopercepcao De Competencia E Resiliencia De Estagiarios E Profissionais Formados Em Educacao Fisica Em Periodo De Isolamento Social

This study investigated self-perceived professional competence and resilience in Physical Education students who were part of a supervised internship. As part of the sample, there were fifty-eight interns from five public universities in the state of Mato Grosso, Brazil. Thirty-three were women (28.18 ± 6.22 years old) and twenty-five were men (27.32 ± 6.33 years old). In order to compare outcomes, a hundred professionals having a Physical Education degree also joined it, fifty-four women (33.80 ± 5.93 years old) and forty-six men (36.43 ± 7.86 years old). As instruments, we selected the Perceived Competence Scale in Physical Education and Sports and the 10- item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale adapted for Brazil.
