THE EFFECT OF THE FAT-BURNING ZONE IN AEROBIC EXERCISE ON THE FITNESS SCORES AND BLOODGLUCOSE LEVELS AMONG ADOLESCENT GIRLS DIAGNOSED WITH DIABETES

Background: The interplay between physical activity and metabolic health, particularly in diabetes management, is a pivotal area of investigation. This study examines the impact of a three-month moderate aerobic exercise regimen on glycemic control and estrogen levels in young female diabetic patients, aiming to shed light on potential synergies between exercise interventions and hormonal dynamics. Methods: A one-group pretest-posttest design focused on young diabetic females aged 13 to 18. A structured moderate aerobic exercise program was implemented, comprising warm-up, exercise, and cool-down phases.
